Pairing Aperitif, appetizers, fish, white meats, fresh cheeses
Pignoletto Emilia-Romagna DOC Frizzante from Riunite is a lively white that simply expresses the frizzante style of the area. In the glass it shows a bright straw colour and delicate bubbles; on the nose there are notes of white flowers, green apple and citrus, accompanied by a fresh mineral hint. On the palate it offers a slim profile, well-balanced acidity and an emphasis on freshness and drinkability, with a salty, dry finish that invites another sip. Offered by Riunite, it is aimed at those looking for an everyday wine with immediate appeal.

It suits a range of informal pairings: seafood starters, light fried dishes, shellfish, not-too-strong cured meats and fresh or soft cheeses. It is also suitable as an aperitif or to accompany simple vegetarian dishes. Serve well chilled, around 8–10 °C. Open the bottle shortly before serving to preserve freshness and the bubbles. Store in a cool, dark place.
