The Pignoletto Emilia-Romagna DOC Frizzante Secco from Gaetano Righi shows a light straw color with a fine, lively perlage. On the nose it offers discreet aromas of white flowers, green apple and citrus hints, accompanied by light herbaceous notes that contribute to an overall fresh and immediate impression. On the palate it is dry, with good acidity supporting the structure and delicate bubbles that make it an easy drink; the sapidity is balanced and the clean finish invites another sip. The structure is slender, intended to highlight freshness and drinkability.

Versatile wine, suitable both as an aperitif and paired with seafood starters, shellfish, light fish dishes and vegetarian preparations. It also pairs well with milder cured meats and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, around 6-8 °C, in a wide glass to enhance the aromas. Best enjoyed young to appreciate the freshness and liveliness of the bubbles. Well suited to summer meals and informal occasions. Store in a cool, light-protected place.
