The Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC "Merus" from Tiefenbrunner shows a refined, restrained profile. Pale straw in color, it offers delicate aromas of white flowers, apple and pear, accompanied by citrus nuances and a slight mineral note that highlights its olfactory range. On the palate it is sober: the acidity is fresh and well balanced, the medium body supports the fruit notes without being intrusive, and the finish remains clean and of good persistence.

It pairs well with light fish dishes, shellfish, vegetable starters and fresh cheeses; it also suits cereal-based preparations and lightly seasoned risottos. Suitable as an everyday table wine or for informal occasions when a balanced, easy-drinking white is desired. Serve at a moderate temperature to enhance freshness and aromas.
