Elegant Pinot Bianco Friuli DOC by Pitars that stands out for its immediate freshness and clean profile. On the nose it opens with ripe white-fleshed fruit, hints of white flowers and a subtle savory note that recalls the soil; it’s not loud, but compact and well defined. The palate is balanced: lively acidity that keeps the wine flowing, medium body and restrained softness that enhances its drinkability. The finish is moderate, with fruity echoes and a final sense of cleanliness that invites another sip.

At the table it is very versatile: perfect with seafood starters, light soups, baked fish and fresh cheeses, but it also holds up well with vegetable-based first courses or risottos that aren’t too structured. Serve chilled but not ice-cold, around 10–12 °C, to preserve balance and aromatics. It’s a wine to drink for pleasure, ideal both for aperitif and for accompanying an informal meal where you want a straightforward, immediate and clean white.
