Torresella's Pinot Grigio Venezia DOC delivers an immediate, pleasant profile: on the nose follow aromas of white-fleshed fruit, a light floral hint and touches of citrus that make the bouquet fresh and approachable. The sip is lean but well balanced, light-medium in body, with a fresh, vibrant texture; good acidity supports drinkability and an initial salinity opens the mouth. The finish is clean, of moderate persistence, with a delicate almond note that shapes the character and invites a second glass.

It is a versatile wine, perfect with seafood appetizers, composed salads and dishes of delicate fish, but it also stands up well to vegetarian preparations and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, around 8-10 °C, avoiding overly heavy sauces; ideal for summer aperitifs or casual lunches, it is designed for everyday conviviality and for those seeking a straightforward white, clear in style and honest in character.
