This Pinot Nero della Sala Umbria IGT, presented in Magnum format and packed in a wooden case, bears the Castello della Sala signature of Marchesi Antinori. In the glass it shows a light ruby-red color and a fine aromatic profile: notes of small red fruits, floral tones and a hint of delicate spices, in an overall harmonious and measured expression. The structure is elegant and the drinkability immediate, with a texture that favors freshness and aromatic clarity over excessive extraction.

On the palate it confirms the refined line, with soft tannins and good acidic tension that supports the sip. It pairs naturally with white meats, light game, mushroom dishes and soft cheeses; it is also suitable for convivial moments where balance is sought over power. Serve between 14 and 16 °C and store in a cool, stable place; the wooden case eases transport and presentation.

Terroir and vineyards
