The Red Angel Pinot Nero Venezia Giulia IGT by Jermann is a sophisticated and delicately structured expression of Pinot Nero, known for its elegance and aromatic intensity. Originating from the renowned region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, this wine represents the passion and innovation of the Jermann winery, which has adeptly adapted contemporary methodologies while maintaining a deep respect for tradition and terroir.

On the nose, the Red Angel offers an intricate bouquet of red fruits, particularly notes of cherry and raspberry, enhanced by nuances of violet and a light spiciness. These aromas are complemented by a subtle touch of oak, resulting from a careful aging process in barriques which adds complexity without overpowering the fruit's freshness.

On the palate, the wine presents a velvety texture and a medium-full structure, with soft yet well-defined tannins that promise an excellent evolution over time. The acidity is well balanced, offering a pleasant freshness that lengthens the finish, leaving lingering sensations of red fruit and an elegant earthy aftertaste.

Ideal as a pairing with white meat dishes, delicate roasts, or medium-aged cheeses, the Red Angel Pinot Nero Venezia Giulia IGT by Jermann is perfect for special occasions or as a sophisticated gift for connoisseurs. The wine's ability to evolve and mature also makes it an excellent choice for enthusiasts who appreciate wines with aging potential.
