Saint & Scholar's Pinot Noir "Graduates" exemplifies the passion and craftsmanship that this winery dedicates to the creation of expressive wines with character. Located in a region that benefits from an ideal climate and well-drained soils, perfect for growing Pinot Noir, Saint & Scholar takes advantage of these conditions to produce a wine that captures the essence of the variety with a distinctive elegance.

This Pinot Noir is the result of careful winemaking, which begins with the manual selection of the best grapes, to ensure that only the highest quality fruit is used. The winery's philosophy places a strong emphasis on the expression of terroir and varietal purity, aspects that are clearly reflected in this wine.

Visually, the "Graduates" Pinot Noir presents itself with an attractive ruby red color, not too intense, which invites tasting. On the nose, the wine reveals a complex and seductive aromatic profile, with notes of cherry, raspberry and strawberry, enriched by nuances of sweet spices, moist earth and a subtle touch of oak, the result of refined maturation in barrique.

On the palate, the wine expresses extraordinary elegance and finesse. The tannins are soft and velvety, perfectly integrated with the natural acidity of Pinot Noir, which gives the wine a freshness and inviting drinkability. Ripe red fruit flavors blend with earthy and spicy notes, evolving into a long, harmonious finish that leaves an impression of balance and refinement.

The Pinot Noir "Graduates" is a wine that reflects Saint & Scholar's ability to interpret this demanding variety, offering a tasting experience that is both satisfying and stimulating. It is ideal in combination with a wide range of dishes, from meat-based ones, such as duck and lamb, to more delicate preparations, such as grilled mushrooms or salmon-based dishes, where its elegance and complexity can be fully appreciated.

Saint & Scholar demonstrates with this Pinot Noir the ability to produce wines that are not only true to the variety, but which also tell the story of their place of origin, offering wine lovers an authentic sip of the region.
