Saint & Scholar's Sauvignon Blanc "Graduates" represents an excellent interpretation of the variety, enhanced through the oenological expertise and passion that characterize this winery. Situated in a wine region renowned for producing aromatic and vibrant white wines, Saint & Scholar takes advantage of ideal climatic conditions and a unique terroir to create a Sauvignon Blanc that is both distinctive and expressive.

This Sauvignon Blanc "Graduates" is a tribute to precision and attention to detail in viticulture and winemaking. The selection of the grapes takes place through a rigorous sorting that guarantees only the best fruit for the production of wine, reflecting the winery's commitment to creating high quality wines.

At sight, the wine has a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that anticipate its freshness. On the nose, the Sauvignon Blanc "Graduates" opens with an intense and inviting bouquet, characterized by lively notes of tropical fruit, such as passion fruit and mango, alongside nuances of cut grass and white flowers, typical of the variety. These aromas are enriched by a light minerality, which adds complexity and depth to the aromatic profile.

In the mouth, the wine surprises with its freshness and liveliness. The acidity is well balanced, supporting a rich range of flavors that reflect the olfactory notes. The Sauvignon Blanc "Graduates" offers a medium-light palate, with a crunchy texture that leads to a clean and persistent finish, where mineral and citrine touches emerge again.

This Sauvignon Blanc is an example that demonstrates Saint & Scholar's ability to produce wines that not only reflect variety and terroir, but are also highly enjoyable and drinkable. It is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, seafood, fresh salads and goat cheese dishes, where its acidity and freshness can shine, enhancing gastronomic combinations.

With its holistic approach to viticulture and winemaking, Saint & Scholar sets a new standard for Sauvignon Blanc, offering a wine that is both approachable and remarkably complex, suitable for any occasion.
