The Pinot Noir "Les Princes Abbés" by Domaines Schlumberger is a tribute to the delicacy and elegance of Pinot Noir, interpreted through the unique terroir of Alsace. This region, known mainly for its extraordinary white wines, is also gaining recognition for its red wines, including Pinot Noir, which acquires a particular finesse and complexity in this land. Domaines Schlumberger, with its centuries-old history and commitment to sustainable viticulture, produces "Les Princes Abbés" using grapes grown on the steep slopes of the Vosges, where the soil and climate help create a wine of character and depth.

"Les Princes Abbés", whose name pays homage to the prince-abbots of Murbach, historical benefactors of the region, is an expression of Domaines Schlumberger's dedication to quality and loyalty to the terroir. The wine is the result of a rigorous selection of the best Pinot Noir grapes, harvested manually and carefully vinified to preserve the varietal characteristics and the expression of the terroir.

At sight, the Pinot Noir "Les Princes Abbés" presents itself with a brilliant and inviting ruby red color. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex, offering notes of red fruits such as cherries and strawberries, enriched by nuances of sweet spices, wet earth and a light touch of vanilla, the result of aging in wood which complements without overpowering.

In the mouth, the wine demonstrates an elegant structure with fine and soft tannins, accompanied by a lively acidity that gives freshness and drinkability. Red fruit flavors blend with earthy and spicy accents, leading to a long, harmonious finish, with a light minerality that reflects the richness of the Alsatian soil.

Ideal as a companion to medium-structured dishes, such as roast poultry, mushroom dishes or soft cheeses, the Pinot Noir "Les Princes Abbés" by Domaines Schlumberger is also a pleasure to enjoy on its own, offering a tasting experience that enhances the finesse and complexity of Alsatian Pinot Noir.

With "Les Princes Abbés", Domaines Schlumberger confirms its role as ambassador of Alsatian wine excellence, offering a wine that combines tradition and innovation, and which is destined to surprise and delight lovers of Pinot Noir and Burgundy.
