The Prosecco Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero MC20 V.S.Q. of Bric Cenciurio is a refined expression of the sparkling wine tradition of the Veneto. Made from selected Glera grapes, this sparkling wine stands out for the absence of added sugars in the final dosage, offering a gustatory purity that enhances the freshness and vibrant acidity typical of the hilly area from which it comes.

The classic method used for its production, namely the re-fermentation in the bottle, gives this wine an enveloping complexity, with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it opens with notes of green apple, citrus fruits, and slight floral hints, while on the palate it is dry, elegant, and very balanced, with a long and mineral finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes, carpaccios, and raw preparations, the Prosecco MC20 Dosaggio Zero of Bric Cenciurio represents a contemporary choice for those seeking authenticity and lightness in a glass of Italian sparkling wine.

Winery history
The winery was established by combining family land around the historic vineyard called "Bric Cenciurio". Terroir and vineyards
Headquartered in Barolo, with vineyards distributed between the municipality of Barolo and Roero areas such as Castellinaldo and Magliano Alfieri. The name derives from a historic plot in the Roero, an area characterized by marly soils and microclimates typical of the Langhe and the Roero.
