Santa Margherita's Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut "52" presents a clean, well-defined profile: fine, lively perlage; a nose of white flowers, green apple and delicate citrus notes, with a herbal hint that enhances its vivacity. On the palate it is dry, fresh and sleek; the acidity is balanced by a sapidity that keeps the wine agile and clean through a dry, pleasantly persistent finish. In magnum the bubbles appear more harmonious, with an overall sense of greater softness.

Best enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with seafood dishes: shellfish, carpaccios, sushi and light salads highlight its delicacy without overpowering it. It is also suitable for convivial moments when you want an easy-drinking wine with character; serve well chilled, around 6–8 °C, in not-too-wide glasses to preserve its liveliness. The Magnum format is perfect for sharing and informal dinners, maintaining consistent quality and balance throughout the evening.
