Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut Rive di Refrontolo in magnum format expresses a crisp, refined profile, with fine perlage and a vibrant tension that characterizes every sip. In the glass it shows notes of cedar and green apple, light floral hints and a mineral undercurrent that supports the freshness; the structure remains lean yet well-defined, with a balance between acidity and dryness that invites drinking rather than reflection. Lightness is not synonymous with simplicity: the finish, fresh and clean, confirms a composed personality respectful of its origin.

On the palate it is lively, with a precise progression and a persistence that gives way to a savory, pleasantly dry return of flavor. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with raw fish, shellfish, seafood risottos and fresh cheeses, it also pairs well with delicate fish and vegetable preparations. The magnum format helps preserve aromatic brilliance longer and keeps the perlage lively; serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, in not-too-large glasses to appreciate its finesse and vivacity.
