The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Conegliano Extra Brut by Tenute Gabe is born in the heart of the historic Valdobbiadene denomination, lands famous for their limestone soils and the ideal microclimate for the Glera grape variety. This sparkling wine stands out for its dry and refined character, typical of the Extra Brut, with a fine and persistent bubble that wraps the palate in a fresh elegance.

On the nose, delicate scents of white flowers, green apple, and a mineral hint that tells the origin of the territory emerge. On the palate, it is savory and vibrant, with a pleasant structure that gives balance and longevity. Its aging, carried out with meticulous care in the bottle, enhances complexity and drinkability.

Excellent as an aperitif, it gracefully accompanies seafood appetizers, delicate fish, and fresh cheeses, proving perfect for moments of refined conviviality.
