Descrizione

Anghingò is made with Ruggine grapes, a new "experiment" for a vine native to the Modena area that has inspired with its fruity aromas of pears and its adaptability to the soils of the estate. A drinkable white wine whose vinification involves fermentation in 50% new barriques, with maturation of 4 months sur Lines in barrique, and refinement of 8 months in bottle before being put on the market.

At the sight it appears of straw yellow color. The olfactory profile is persuasive, aromas of green tea and vanilla stand out, as well as fruity hints of Williams pears and mango. The sip is mineral and sapid, structured and balanced.

We recommend pairing with first and second courses of white meat and fish.

Family wine activity since the 1950s; Leone Conti took over management in 1989; Gianfrancesco Conti joined in 2013. Commercial/communications sources report a full conversion to organic production (around 2017 according to some sources).
