The Riesling Alto Adige DOC Surmont by Alois Lageder is born in the heart of Alto Adige, a land renowned for its alpine peaks and the cool climate that imparts elegance to its wines. Obtained from the homonymous Riesling grape variety, this wine stands out for its vibrant freshness and the refined balance between acidity and minerality, typical elements of the sunny hills of this region. After hand harvesting, the grapes undergo low-temperature fermentation that preserves intense varietal aromas. The aging, carried out in steel, enhances the aromatic transparency and the purity of the fruit. In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color, while on the palate notes of ripe citrus, green apple, and floral hints intertwine with a delicate touch of flint. Perfect with fish dishes or fresh cheeses, it tells the complexity and cleanliness of the Alto Adige terroir.
