The Riesling Trittenheim Pharmacy GG Dry from Weingut Loersch is born in the renowned German Moselle region, precisely in Trittenheim, famous for its slate soils that give the wines a unique elegance and minerality. This wine is a pure expression of the Riesling grape variety, cultivated on steep terraces called Devon Terraces, where exposure and microclimate favor the optimal ripening of the grapes.
Cellaring is carried out according to traditional methods, favoring natural fermentation that enhances freshness and aromatic complexity. In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color, accompanied by an intense bouquet of white-fleshed fruits, citrus notes, and a distinct minerality typical of the Trittenheim Pharmacy area. The palate is dry, fresh, and vibrant, with a long and persistent finish that reflects the balance between acidity and structure. Perfect with fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses.
