The Riserva Chianti Classico DOCG of Castello di Cacchiano is a true symbol of the Tuscan territory, born in the beating heart of the Chianti Classico area, renowned for the production of prestigious wines with great personality.

Made primarily with Sangiovese grapes, the flagship variety of Chianti, this wine intensely expresses the characteristics of its terroir, characterized by clay-limestone soils and a favorable microclimate that imparts elegance and structure to the product. The aging takes place in oak barrels, which gives the wine remarkable aromatic complexity, blending scents of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and light earthy nuances.

On the palate, the Riserva of Castello di Cacchiano is full-bodied, harmonious, and long-lasting, with well-defined but velvety tannins that accompany an elegant and intriguing persistence. This Chianti Classico DOCG is ideal to pair with Tuscan dishes such as roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses, enhancing every bite with its richness and depth. A wine that tells the tradition and the wine-making excellence of this historic winery.
