The Riserva Chianti Classico DOCG by Castello di Cacchiano in Magnum format represents an authentic and refined Tuscan excellence, a faithful expression of the Chianti Classico territory, the beating heart of Sienese viticulture. This wine is mainly made from carefully selected and hand-harvested Sangiovese grapes, reflecting the unique microclimate and clay-limestone soils of the hills surrounding Castello di Cacchiano.

The aging method involves a long passage in oak barrels, which imparts complexity and structure, enhancing the elegant tannins while maintaining a vibrant freshness. On the nose, notes of ripe cherry, plum unfold, accompanied by delicate spicy nuances and hints of tobacco and vanilla, a result of the aging. On the palate, it seduces with a balance between finesse and power, with a persistent and harmonious finish.

The Riserva Chianti Classico Castello di Cacchiano is perfect to accompany red meats, game, and aged cheeses, enhancing every dish with its intense and enveloping personality. A glass that tells the tradition and passion of Tuscan viticulture in every drop.
