Cultivated in one of the most renowned areas of Romagna, this wine comes from attentive and meticulous processing, starting right from the selection of the grapes, which are hand-picked to ensure the highest quality.

The Romagna Trebbiano DOC presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color, offering a fresh and lively bouquet on the nose, where notes of ripe fruit like peach and apple stand out, enriched by floral nuances and light herbaceous hints. On the palate, it is distinguished by its freshness and a well-balanced light acidity, making it extremely drinkable and pleasant.

The winemaking process respects tradition while employing modern technologies to preserve all the primary aromas of the grape. The aging in stainless steel allows the Trebbiano's varietal characteristics to shine, enhancing its clean taste and freshness.

This wine pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes, particularly suitable for seafood, fish dishes, and fresh cheeses. It could also be considered an excellent aperitif. Its versatility makes it perfect for any occasion, from informal dinners to more special events.

The Romagna Trebbiano DOC by Casticiano - Celli represents an optimal choice for anyone seeking a white wine that is an expression of the Romagna territory, capable of offering pleasure and authenticity in every sip.

Winery history
According to official information, the winery was established in Bertinoro in 1963 and is managed by the Sirri and Casadei families. From traditional farmhouse wines, the estate has progressively shifted its focus to quality and local typicity, developing vineyards around the village and selecting parcels to produce wines of character.
Production philosophy
Emphasis is placed on the connection to the land and on typicity: all wines are produced from estate-grown grapes, and the estate has completed conversion to organic farming for its grapes. The approach favors separate vinification of individual parcels to highlight distinct characteristics and create balanced blends.
