The Rosato Negroamaro Salento IGP BIO by Paolo Leo is an authentic expression of the Salento territory, a region renowned for the richness of its vineyards, where winemaking tradition blends with innovative techniques to create wines of sublime quality. This organic wine is the result of a meticulous selection of Negroamaro grapes, cultivated using organic methods that respect the environment and preserve the product's healthiness.

The wine presents a bright pink color reminiscent of the lively tones of ripe cherries. On the nose, it is distinguished by its intense aromas of red fruits, particularly raspberry and cherry, enriched by floral nuances and a light spicy note that reflects the complexity of the Negroamaro. On the palate, Paolo Leo's Rosato reveals a medium body, well-balanced by acidity that makes it fresh and pleasant. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, with a finish that invites another sip.

The production involves careful management of fermentation temperatures to enhance the typical flavors and aromas of Negroamaro, while a brief maturation in steel tanks ensures the preservation of varietal characteristics and the wine's freshness. Elegant and versatile, this rosé is ideal paired with light dishes such as seafood appetizers, white meats, and summer salads, but also perfect as an aperitif.

Paolo Leo Winery, with a history that dates back to 1900, is renowned for its commitment to producing high-quality organic wines, making respect for nature and authenticity its trademarks. The Rosato Negroamaro Salento IGP BIO - Rurale is a clear example of their dedication to sustainable innovation in the wine world.
