The Rosato Paestum IGP in 375 ml format from Vetere, by San Salvatore 1988, shows a pale pink color with bright highlights. On the nose there are delicate notes of red fruit and subtle floral hints, accompanied by a fresh, easy-drinking profile. On the palate it is linear, with good acidity and a saline thread that supports the sip without weighing it down; the finish is clean and moderately persistent. The bottle's contents are suited to immediate consumption and to cool serving temperatures to preserve freshness.

Suitable for informal aperitifs and to accompany light dishes based on fish, summer salads and vegetable preparations, this rosato offers versatility at the table. The 375 ml bottle is practical for individual consumption or small meals. It is recommended to store it cool and drink it young to appreciate its lively character; avoid prolonged exposure to heat and direct light.
