A Franciacorta rosé by Tenuta Montenisa for Marchese Antinori, here presented in Jeroboam format and packaged in a wooden case, shows a refined and measured profile. The color is powder pink with luminous highlights; on the nose there are hints of small red fruits and wildflowers, accompanied by a subtle yeasty note that integrates the aromatic texture. The palate is clean, supported by fine bubbles and a lively acidity that balances a pleasant softness, giving persistence without weighing it down.

Designed for convivial moments and for those seeking a structured yet elegant rosé, it suits both the aperitif and gastronomic pairings: raw seafood, crustaceans, flavorful fish dishes and rice-based preparations or white meats. Serve chilled, but not ice-cold, to appreciate the tension and finesse of the sip. The Jeroboam format in a wooden case makes it a striking gift and a fitting choice for important tables and special occasions.
