Pairing Aperitifs, fish, white meats, appetizers
Delicate pink with fine, persistent perlage that invites the first sip. On the nose it opens with fresh small red berries and rose petals, with a citrus hint that keeps the profile slim and luminous.

On the palate it confirms good balance, with a lively entry, a salinity that supports the sip and a discreet softness that softens its fresher edges; the finish is pleasant and leaves fruity memories and a slight sensation of creamy softness. Versatile and immediately appealing, it suits both an aperitif and more structured pairings: raw fish and fish tartare, sushi, seafood starters and fresh cheeses marry well with its savory tone; it also surprises with delicately prepared white meat dishes. Serve chilled, in glasses that are not too large, to enjoy the freshness and the perlage without overpowering its elegance.

Terroir and vineyards
Located in the Bolgheri DOC (Upper Maremma) on a plain encircled by gentle hills known as the “Bolgheri Amphitheatre.” Climate is moderated by sea breezes; alluvial soils range from sandy-clay to silty-clay with fine gravel (Bolgheri agglomerate), influencing the character of varieties grown (Cabernet, Merlot, Vermentino, etc.).
