The Rosso Conero Serrano DOC by Umani Ronchi is a specimen that embodies the magnificent expression of the Marche region, specifically the Conero area. This wine, made entirely from Montepulciano grapes, enjoys the unique characteristics that only proximity to the Adriatic Sea and the peculiarities of the soil can provide.

With a deep ruby red color, this wine reveals on the nose a complex and enveloping bouquet: ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum blend with subtle spicy notes and a light touch of vanilla, derived from carefully balanced aging in barrique. On the palate, Rosso Conero Serrano is robust and well-structured, with soft yet persistent tannins accompanied by a pleasant freshness and long aromatic persistence.

The winemaking follows traditional methods, which respect the fruit and enhance its qualities. Aging in wood allows for harmonizing the flavors and adding complexity to the taste profile, without overshadowing the varietal identity of the Montepulciano.

Ideal for pairing with hearty dishes such as red meat roasts, game, and aged cheeses, Rosso Conero Serrano by Umani Ronchi is also an excellent companion for serene conversations on winter evenings. This wine not only represents an enological excellence of the Marche region but is also a means to discover and appreciate the profound cultural and viticultural roots of this land.
