Planteray 3 Stars White Pouring is a white rum designed for mixing and for those looking for a clean, transparent profile. Visually it’s crystalline; on the nose you notice notes of fresh cane, a touch of citrus and delicate floral hints. The impact on the palate is lean and smooth: light-bodied, with a balance between softness and a discreet freshness that keeps the sip lively. It doesn’t rely on aromatic excesses but on a clarity that makes the ingredients easy to discern in complex mixes.

On the palate it shows a linear progression, with citrus returns and a slight salinity that supports the drink without weighing it down; the warmth is moderate and well integrated. It is very well suited to classics like the mojito and daiquiri, but is also effective in more modern long drinks or served chilled with ice. At the table it naturally pairs with light fish dishes, ceviche or tropical fruit preparations, where its aromatic cleanliness helps to harmonize the dish without overpowering it.
