It works well neat at room temperature or with a few ice cubes, and holds up in simple mixes where aromatic depth is needed. Pair it with dark chocolate, caramel-based desserts or aged cheeses; it also serves as a base for classic cocktails when you want roundness without excess. Serve in a tulip or old-fashioned glass, at around 18-20 °C to fully appreciate the aromatic range.

Distillation
