| Neat, tropical cocktails |
It works well neat, slightly chilled or with a single ice cube, and is also suited to mixing: it enhances fruit-based cocktails, tiki drinks and summer long drinks. As a pairing, it goes with fruit desserts or vanilla ice cream, but also with spiced dishes or fresh cheeses that temper its sweetness. Simple and straightforward, it’s a product to keep on hand for anyone looking for an exotic, versatile sip.

Distillation
Small-batch distillation: clairin distilled in a copper creole still (pot still); components of the 5 Year blend produced both by pot still and by column distillation.
Ageing
Variable aging depending on the product: the aged Rum Clairin spends 18–22 months in new American oak barrels; other blends (e.g. the 5 Year) are aged 5 years in ex-bourbon casks.
