High-energy, this overproof rum presents a powerful aromatic profile: dark molasses and caramel merge with notes of ripe tropical fruit and sweet spices. The sip is warm and assertive, with a full structure, robust body and well-integrated alcohol that demands respect without feeling harsh. Smoothness and edge coexist: an underlying sweetness balances the alcoholic impression, leaving a long, enveloping finish. On the nose there are also toasty touches and a hint of vanilla that add depth without weighing it down.

The 100 cl bottle is designed for mixing and culinary use: it gives tiki cocktails and punches personality, stands up to intense flavors and is suitable for flambé preparations. To taste it neat, a few drops of water or an ice cube will soften the edges; served slightly chilled it becomes more rounded. In mixing it deserves cautious dosing: it balances citrus notes and robust bitters, and lends itself well to creative reinterpretations. For pairings it works with dark chocolate, caramel desserts and dishes with a sweet‑savory component; it’s a rum that asks for respect and boldness in the glass.
