This exceptional Vetere Limited Edition produced by the renowned San Salvatore winery is a tribute to the viticultural richness of Campania. Presented in an elegant 3-liter Jéroboam within a refined wooden case, this wine is a true gem for enthusiasts of the field.

The Vetere Limited Edition is an organic white wine that masterfully enhances the qualities of the native Fiano grape, carefully selected from vineyards located in the fertile lands near the Cilento National Park. Attention to sustainability and harmonious integration with the local ecosystem are key philosophies for San Salvatore, which are reflected in the quality of the wine.

With a straw yellow color and golden highlights, the Vetere Limited Edition offers a complex and intensely aromatic bouquet on the nose, with notes of ripe pear, white flowers, and nuances of aromatic herbs and minerals that testify to the minerality of the soil. On the palate, the entry is soft but well-structured, with a vibrant acidity that balances the richness of the fruit, leading to a long and persistently fresh finish.

Ideal for accompanying sophisticated fish or seafood dishes, this white from San Salvatore also stands out for its aging capability, which allows the appreciation of its aromatic evolution even several years after the harvest.

Equipped with a significant collector's potential, this limited edition of Vetere is not only a pleasure for the palate but also a collectible item that appreciates in value over time.
