The Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore DOC by Galassi shows an immediate but not obvious profile: ripe red fruit, floral hints and a slight dark note that gives depth. On the palate it is medium-bodied, supported by vibrant acidity and fine tannins that define the structure without weighing it down; its sapidity calms the sip and delivers a smooth drink with a pleasant tension. It is not an extroverted wine, rather elegant in its simplicity, suited to those who seek balance and cleanliness more than ostentation.

It pairs well with traditional dishes, from ragù pastas and grilled meats to cured meats and medium-aged cheeses; it is also surprising with a well-structured pizza or mushroom-based preparations.
