Pairing Meats, roasts and aged cheeses
The Sangiovese Vigna Pruno in Magnum format from Drei Donà presents as a balanced and straightforward red, representative of the indicated grape. In the glass it shows a medium ruby color, clear, with lively reflections; on the nose there are notes of ripe cherry, small red fruits and light aromatic herbs, accompanied by a discreet hint of sweet spice. The overall impression is fresh and direct, without embellishment.

On the palate it displays a measured structure, present but gentle tannins and good acidity that supports drinkability. The concentration is pleasant, well balanced with the aromatic profile and suitable for everyday pairings such as tomato-based sauces, white meats and fresh or semi-mature cheeses. Its immediacy makes it easy to enjoy from the first glass, while the clean palate invites relaxed sipping. A versatile choice for those seeking a candid red in a generous format. Serve at a moderate temperature, around 16–18 °C, to appreciate its overall balance.

Winery history
The estate, known as Tenuta La Palazza, has been associated with the Drei Donà family for generations; the property has been in the family's hands since the early 20th century. Over time some historic wines, such as 'Magnificat' and 'Tornese', have received international and critical recognition, contributing to the winery's renown.
