The Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC of Karneid, signed by Franz Gojer, is a wine that elegantly tells the vigorous character of the alpine territory. Cultivated in the Alto Adige area, this Sauvignon expresses aromatic intensity and freshness, thanks to an ideal mountain climate for the ripening of the grapes. On the nose, vibrant aromas of tomato leaf, citrus, and herbaceous notes typical of the grape variety emerge, accompanied by delicate floral hints.
On the palate, it reveals itself balanced and dynamic, with a pleasant acidity that integrates well with a slender but persistent body. The aging takes place in steel, to preserve the purity of the aromas and the fresh and fragrant character of the Sauvignon. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and salads, this wine offers a synthesis between tradition and territoriality, enhancing the identity of the grape variety at the high altitudes of Alto Adige.
