Scalabrone Bolgheri Vino Rosato DOC from Tenuta Guado al Tasso, by Marchesi Antinori, presents a restrained and fragrant profile. In the glass it shows a pale, clear pink color; on the nose there are impressions of ripe strawberry, white peach and subtle floral hints, accompanied by a touch of citrus that provides freshness. On the palate it is balanced, with a lean texture and a light salinity that supports the fruit without overpowering it; the alcohol is well integrated and the finish remains pleasantly dry.

It pairs with seafood starters, summer salads, fish dishes and light preparations, as well as fresh cheeses or flavorful but not overly structured dishes. Serve chilled, around 8–10°C, in wide glasses to highlight the aromas. This is a rosé best enjoyed relatively young to appreciate its freshness; store in a cool, dark place. Ideal for casual lunches, aperitifs and convivial moments where a versatile, easy-drinking wine is desired.
