The Schiava Gentile Kol Alto Adige DOC from Josef Weger is a red wine showing a pale ruby, bright and translucent color. On the nose it offers delicate scents of strawberry, cherry and small red fruits, accompanied by light floral notes recalling rose and very discreet spicy hints. The overall impression is fine and immediate, with aromas favoring freshness and lightness rather than concentration.

On the palate it is slender, with soft tannins and an acid line that supports drinkability; the finish remains pleasant and of moderate persistence, recalling fresh fruit. It pairs easily with everyday dishes such as delicate cold cuts, soups, mushroom-based dishes and fresh cheeses, or lightly spiced preparations. A wine designed for daily enjoyment. Ideal for those seeking freshness and simplicity. A cool serving temperature is recommended to highlight the fruity character and palate pleasure. Produced by Josef Weger in the Alto Adige DOC area.
