The Sherry East India Solera Lustau is a precious example of tradition and winemaking mastery from the Jerez denomination of origin, in the heart of Andalusia. Made mainly with Palomino grapes, this sherry stands out for the sophisticated solera aging method, which gives the wine a complex and harmonious character thanks to the blending of different vintages. The particular solera used for this product is inspired by the famous historic sherry destined for export to the Far East, from which it takes its name, evoking a past rich in suggestions and stories for sailors and merchants.

In the glass, it shows a bright amber color, accompanied by intense aromas and delicate hints of walnuts, sweet spices, and a slightly winey touch that enhances its personality. The palate reveals a refined structure, with a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness, supported by a persistent and enveloping finish. It pairs very well with aged cheeses, spiced white meats, and almond or citrus-based desserts, making it ideal for moments of thoughtful tasting or as an accompaniment to exquisite dishes.
