Bodegas Emilio Lustau è una storica casa jerezana specializzata in vini di Jerez, vermouth e brandy de Jerez. Fondata nel 1896, è riconosciuta a livello internazionale per le sue gamme Solera Familiar e Almacenistas, oltre che per una produzione di brandy basata su distillati di vino invecchiati con il sistema di criaderas e solera.
