Produced exclusively from Pedro Ximénez grapes, carefully selected and left to raisin in the sun to concentrate their sugars, this Sherry undergoes a long aging process following the solera method. The result of this meticulous effort is a wine as dark as ebony, with hints of mahogany.
On the nose, the Riserva Cardenal Cisneros offers an intense aromatic palette: dominant notes of raisin, figs, and molasses blend with touches of chocolate, coffee, and exotic spices, creating a complex and enveloping fragrance.
