Viva la Pepa Manzanilla, produced by the historic Sherry Romate bodega, is an excellent example of Manzanilla, a dry sherry of unique refinement. This wine comes from the picturesque region of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, located in the Marco de Jerez area, renowned for its exceptionally high-quality Sherry wines.

The 75cl bottle contains a wine of a very clear straw-yellow color, indicative of its purity and elegance. On the nose, Viva la Pepa Manzanilla emits a vibrant bouquet of aromas: saline and maritime notes combine with hints of almond and yeast, typical of aging under a flor veil in the unique climatic conditions only Sanlúcar de Barrameda can offer.

On the palate, the wine surprises with its lively freshness and delicacy. Its dry nature makes it extremely drinkable, with a finish where the notes of salinity and subtle nuances of chamomile, from which the name "Manzanilla" derives, reappear.

This sherry is aged through the traditional solera and criadera system, which guarantees consistent quality over time. Viva la Pepa Manzanilla is ideal as an aperitif, capable of stimulating the appetite, but it also pairs beautifully with light appetizers, seafood, raw fish, and various tapas.

The invitation is to serve Viva la Pepa Manzanilla slightly chilled to best appreciate its characteristics. Each sip is a sensory journey into the uniqueness of one of the most fascinating expressions of the Jerez terroir.
