The Shiraz of Casale Del Giglio is born in the volcanic lands of Lazio, where the Mediterranean climate meets marine influences, giving vigor and complexity to the grapes. This wine, obtained from pure Shiraz grape variety, stands out for its intense and enveloping character, an authentic expression of the territory.

After a controlled fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels, which help develop fragrant aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and balsamic notes, with a light touch of tobacco and dark chocolate. On the palate, it reveals itself to be full, with soft and well-integrated tannins, balanced by a vibrant freshness that invites drinking.

Perfect paired with grilled red meats, flavorful roasts, or aged cheeses, the Shiraz of Casale Del Giglio is a satisfying exploration of structure and finesse, ideal for those who love wines with a decisive but elegant character.

“The future of Italian viticulture relies not only on consolidating the image of its traditional wine producing zones but on its ability to produce top quality wines at favourable prices in areas whose potential is still relatively unexplored.” (from the winery presentation).
