This Single Malt from M&H Distillery, presented in a case as Batch #18, highlights the imprint of the rum casks used for its maturation. On the nose it opens with a warm, compact aromatic intensity: notes of cane sugar, molasses and vanilla intertwine with touches of ripe tropical fruit and a light toasted note. The profile is rich but measured, able to hold together sweetness and a spicy character that invites tasting without becoming overpowering. A spirit with an enveloping character.

On the palate it reveals soft roundness and a full body, with well-calibrated warmth and a clean delivery that maintains clarity despite the concentration. The finish is persistent, marked by bitter cocoa, cinnamon and a subtle caramel hint that recalls the rum cask ageing. Serve at room temperature, optionally with a few drops of water to open the aromas; pairs well with dark chocolate or desserts based on dried fruit.
