Bolla's Soave Classico DOC offers a direct, approachable profile, with aromas of white flowers, green apple and fresh lemon zest, followed by a delicate hint of almond.

On the palate it is lean yet concrete: lively acidity, a slight salinity that supports its structure and a measured softness that makes the sip smooth. The body is light but balanced and the finish remains clean, with a faint bitter note that invites a second taste without weighing it down. It is a versatile white, suitable both for an aperitif and for seafood dishes such as raw seafood, spaghetti with clams or grilled fish; it also pairs well with delicate risottos and fresh cheeses. Served at around 10–12 °C it shows its freshness best; opening it shortly before serving allows the aromas to unfold. For those seeking a ready-to-drink Soave that combines approachability and clean aromatics, this bottle from Bolla is a practical and pleasant choice.
