On the palate it is lean yet concrete: lively acidity, a slight salinity that supports its structure and a measured softness that makes the sip smooth. The body is light but balanced and the finish remains clean, with a faint bitter note that invites a second taste without weighing it down. Founded in 1883 in Soave by the Bolla family, the winery expanded over the following decades, extending production from Soave white wines to the great reds of Valpolicella.
