On the nose there are scents of small red fruits, rose petals and a citrus hint, supported by a zesty freshness and a mineral tension that emphasizes its finesse. The Extra Brut dryness translates into a lean sip, with balanced structure and a savory, saline character, offering pleasant persistence without weighing it down.

On the palate the texture is vibrant: lively acidity, restrained body and a controlled softness that favors the clarity of flavor over richness. Winery history
The story of a farming family from the Langhe that revived local viticulture: after years of mixed farming, management passed to Anna Maria, and she relaunched the estate’s production and the work on its high‑altitude vineyards. The property was rebuilt from the 1990s onwards and the estate has grown to include new vineyards and a presence in Monforte.
Production philosophy
Production focused on respect for the land and the pursuit of elegance and freshness: single-varietal wines that express the specificity of the soil and altitude, made using practices that prioritize craftsmanship, limited use of technology, and a focus on sustainability.
