The Spumante Conca Del Riu Anoia De Nit Rosé 2023, produced by the prestigious Raventos i Blanc winery, is a refined expression of the native varieties of the Conca del Riu Anoia region. This rosé sparkling wine is primarily made from Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada grapes, with a touch of Monastrell that gives the wine its characteristic pale pink color and a more complex structure.

In the glass, De Nit Rosé 2023 displays a fine and persistent perlage, indicative of the quality of its fermentation. On the nose, it unveils an intriguing bouquet intertwining notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, with hints of white flowers and subtle touches of brioche, the result of over 18 months of maturation on the lees.

On the palate, it is lively and fresh, with a perfect balance between acidity and structure. The aromatic complexity repeats itself, leading to a long and pleasant persistence that invites another sip. This rosé sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with seafood dishes, sushi, or a variety of light appetizers.

The De Nit Rosé 2023 from Raventos i Blanc is not just an excellent wine; it also represents a tribute to the rich winemaking heritage of its region, making it a distinguished and classy addition to any premium selection on any e-commerce platform that aims to offer a unique experience to wine lovers.

Winery history
The Raventós i Blanc estate is a historic property of the Raventós family, documented since 1497. In recent decades the family estate has focused on producing sparkling wines tied to a single territory and, under the leadership of the most recent generations, has abandoned the use of the Cava appellation to emphasize local origin and traditional, biodynamic farming practices.
Production philosophy
The estate aims to express the character of the vineyard and the soil by respecting biodiversity, practising organic/biodynamic viticulture and using low-intervention winemaking techniques. It favours indigenous varieties, hand-harvesting, extended ageing on the lees and regenerative practices.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in the Conca del Riu Anoia in the Penedès, the estate includes vineyards, woodland and a lake, which create a distinctive microclimate. The soils are of marine origin and rich in fossils, an element the estate cites as the source of the pronounced minerality of its sparkling wines.
Awards and recognitions
Mas del Serral 2009 was included in Decanter's "Best of the Best" list. Certifications: organic estate, Demeter and B Corp certification obtained on 18 December 2025.
