Mattia Vezzola Brut from Costaripa presents an elegant, measured character: the bubbles are fine and lively, immediately noticeable on the nose and on the palate. The bouquet reveals hints of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, with a citrusy note that adds freshness; the olfactory component remains composed, not intrusive, leaving room for a pleasant fragrant sensation. Overall it conveys balance and clarity, qualities typical of a sparkling wine designed for drinking pleasure.

On the palate it confirms an agile yet coherent profile: the perlage supports a creamy texture without weighing it down, the acidity is lively and balances a restrained roundness, while the sapidity lengthens the finish. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light seafood dishes, delicate raw preparations and fresh cheeses; best enjoyed well chilled in a flute or tulip glass to highlight its aromas and persistence.
