The Spumante Mattia Vezzola Creant in magnum format signed by Costaripa shows an immediate, well-balanced profile: in the glass it is bright with a pale straw color and a fine perlage that accompanies the sip. On the nose it opens with fresh notes of citrus and small white flowers, with a hint of bread crust that adds depth without being intrusive. The whole is elegant and smooth, built on freshness and aromatic clarity rather than on abundance.

On the palate it confirms a lively, restrained character, with acidity that cleanses the palate and a subtle salinity that supports the finish, which has good persistence. The magnum format amplifies the wine’s presence and appeal, ideal for convivial occasions or to accompany light menus: raw seafood, delicate fried dishes, sushi and grilled vegetables find here a balanced companion. Serve well chilled to appreciate its tension and drinkability.

The winery continues to celebrate local tradition alongside winemaking innovation under the guidance of Mattia Vezzola.
