Mattia Vezzola Rosé Brut Grande Annata di Costaripa offers an elegant, immediate profile. It opens with fragrant notes of small red berries and light floral nuances; the bubbles are fine and lively and support a balanced sip, with pleasing freshness and sapidity. The body is lean yet present, with a well-measured creaminess that is counterpointed by a nervy acidity; the structure keeps it flowing, with fruity echoes and a pleasant persistence that doesn't weigh it down.

It is a versatile sparkling wine: perfect as a classy aperitif but able to stand up to light fish preparations, shellfish and Mediterranean dishes; it also pairs well with lightly cured cold cuts and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, in flutes or in wide coupe glasses to enhance the finesse of the bubbles and the aromatic clarity. A rosé that prioritizes elegance and drinkability, suitable both for informal gatherings and for occasions when you want a fresh wine with character.
