This Spumante Mattia Vezzola Rosé Brut in magnum expresses an immediate yet refined personality. Its pale pink color anticipates fine, lively bubbles that immediately bring freshness and vivacity to the sip; on the nose delicate red fruit and floral notes emerge, with a citrus hint that keeps the drinking light and the aromatic profile bright. On the palate the picture is balanced: lively acidity, a pleasant salinity and a soft texture that does not overpower, while the finish remains clean and inviting. The texture is refined, not aggressive, with a savory finish that leaves the mouth clean.

The magnum bottle enhances the wine’s development and makes this rosé perfect for convivial moments or for those who prefer a measured service. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs with fish appetizers, crudités and light shellfish dishes, and can also stand up to lightly cured cold cuts and fresh cheeses without losing character. Recommended to serve between 6 and 8 °C; wide glasses highlight the finesse of the mousse and the cleanliness of the palate.
