The Spumante Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero L’Evoluzione 240 by Luca Bellani is born from carefully selected vineyards, located in a territory suited to indigenous grapes, where the microclimate and soils contribute to giving the wine a unique structure. Made with the classical method, the long aging on the lees guarantees a fine and persistent perlage, enriching the aromatic profile with hints of yeast, bread crust, and mineral notes. The absence of sugar dosage allows the wine to express freshness and acidic tension with purity, offering an elegant and decisive balance.

In the glass, it appears clear with golden reflections, while on the nose delicate floral and fruity shades blend, which also manifest on the palate with a vibrant and harmonious sip. Perfect to accompany seafood appetizers, carpaccios, and fish-based dishes, this sparkling wine is ideal for those seeking a refined and uncompromising bubble.
