Born in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese, this Spumante Oltrepò Pavese DOCG Rosé Dosaggio Zero Centoventi - Luca Bellani elegantly expresses the freshness and character of the Lombardy territory. Made mainly from Pinot Nero, cultivated on suitable hills, it stands out for its clarity and fine, persistent perlage, the result of meticulous bottle fermentation and a long aging on the lees.

In the glass, it presents a pale pink color, enriched by intense aromas of small red fruits, such as wild strawberries and cherries, accompanied by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is dry, vibrant, with significant minerality that enhances its savoriness and freshness, typical of the zero dosage that leaves the wine extremely pure and direct.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with dishes based on raw fish, carpaccios, and fresh cheeses, this sparkling wine reflects the excellence and innovation of Pavese viticulture.
